Booking, payment and cancellation policy.

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Booking confirmation

   Your booking is confirmed once 50% of the total stay is paid in advance. Please send the payment receipt to the inn. The remaining balance is paid at check-in.

2. Breakfast

   Breakfast is included in the price of your stay.

3. Cancellations and changes

   • Any request to cancel or change dates must be made in writing, by email or another official channel provided by the inn.
   • The deposit is not refunded in cash. It can be converted into credit for a new stay, under the terms and deadlines below.
   • Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance receive full credit for the amount paid, as long as a new date is chosen at the time of cancellation.
   • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance do not receive credit, except when the room is booked again for the same period.
   • Credits must be used within 90 days, subject to availability.

4. No-show

   Not arriving on the scheduled date without prior notice is considered a no-show. The room is held for up to 12 hours after the scheduled check-in time. After that, the booking may be cancelled and the full amount paid is kept, with no refund or credit.

5. Early departure

   If you end your stay early or leave before the booked date, there is no refund, discount or credit for the booked nights, whatever the reason.

6. Special packages and holidays

   For bookings over long holiday weekends, Christmas, Carnival, New Year’s Eve and school holidays, cancellations made at least 15 days in advance receive full credit for a new stay, as long as the new date is chosen at the time of cancellation. After that deadline, no credit is given.

7. General terms

   All date changes are subject to availability and approval by the inn. By making a booking, guests confirm they have read and agree to the terms of this policy.
